Pastor Mike Wilson has 36 years of experience in pastoral ministry. His passion lies in evangelizing the lost and helping churches adopt a missional outreach. His experience includes church revitalization, training and developing church leaders, community and multi-ethnic church outreach, and District leadership responsibilities.
Cindy Wilson has worked in tandem with her husband in ministry and outreach. She is passionate about reaching the community for Jesus, in whatever means and opportunities arise. Currently, Cindy is Trinity's Children's Ministries Director and interim Worship Pastor.

Pastor Chad Bladen - Young Families Pastor
As a pastor’s kid, Chad Bladen was raised in the church and felt a call to preach and teach at a young age. He attended God’s Bible School for a Bible and Theology degree and graduated in 2015. He received his district license while serving in the Northern Kentucky district and is currently working towards his ordination as an Elder.
Chad and his wife, Audrey, have two children and have attended Trinity since they moved to the area in late 2020. They have a passion for encouraging young families in Christ.

Kathy Burd - Nazarene Discipleship International Director
Kathy Burd has been in the Church of the Nazarene since 1992. She is a graduate of IPFW with a degree in psychology, Fresno State University with a teaching credential, and Fresno Pacific University with a master’s degree in teaching/language arts. She returned to Fort Wayne a few years ago from California where she was Sunday School and Discipleship Ministries director at Dinuba Church of the Nazarene. She currently serves as director of NDI (Nazarene Discipleship International) for Trinity. Kathy has the gifts of organizing and nurturing with a passion for discipleship training and mentoring believers to reach their highest potential in God’s kingdom.
Charlene Clevenger - Nazarene Missions International Director
Charlene serves Trinity as the Church Board Secretary and Missionary President. Becoming a Christian at a young age, Charlene is grateful for her Christian heritage. She graduated from Olivet Nazarene College (now University) in 1980 with a major in English and a minor in music. Char and her husband, Don, have attended Trinity since 1987. They have two adult sons, Justin, and Todd, who is married to Elli.
